How it works
Each set-up is a list of costs with your prices. A price counts per device, per user or once for the team, and is paid once, every month, every year or every few months, such as batteries every two years. Total = one-off costs + monthly fees × months + yearly fees × the years the period starts + replacements that fall inside it. Per user a month = total ÷ (users × months).
Example in the box: 20 radios at €120, 20 accessory sets at €20, €200 of set-up and an app at €8 per user a month for 3 years make €8,760, or €12.17 per user a month. A blank price means not priced yet: the total leaves it out and names it, while a 0 counts as free, like phones the team already has.
Fees start with the first month and yearly fees at the start of each year. Prices are added as typed, in one currency and one tax basis; there is no discounting or depreciation. The chart and the table show the same sums.
