Who is Inrico?

Inrico Technologies is a Shenzhen company based in the Nanshan district that says it was founded in 2004. It builds PoC handhelds, vehicle radios, PoC and DMR hybrids and body cameras. Its first PoC radio of its own, the T199, dates from 2012. It claims more than 500 dealers and partners in over 120 countries.1

Inrico's dealer list names seven countries, none in the EU.2 In Europe the radios come from independent shops. Passion Radio in France calls itself the importer and official dealer, and Maas Elektronik in Germany lists several models.34

Which Inrico PoC radios are sold in Europe?

European shops list the T320, S200, T330, T710A and T740A handhelds, the TM-7 Plus vehicle radio and the IRC380 PoC and DMR hybrid. Our database holds 39 Inrico models, from handhelds to the S350 5G rugged phone: 23 are current, 13 discontinued and 3 have unknown status.5

Of the 23 current models, 21 run Android and 2, the T521 and T740, run a closed real-time system. For 22 of the 23 the database lists LTE band 20.5

  • T320. A 2.4-inch touchscreen, a numeric keypad and an M6 screw-lock accessory connector; Android 8.1 on Inrico's page.6 On 2026-10-09 Passion Radio listed the V2 at €206.84 and Maas Elektronik at €259, both including VAT.74
  • S200. A 3.1-inch touchscreen with NFC; the current version runs Android 10.5
  • T330. An Android 13 handheld with IP68 and Google Mobile Services.5
  • IRC380. PoC and DMR in one radio, with two PTT keys and Android 10.5

Which push-to-talk services work with Inrico radios?

Inrico's own platform is iConvNet, which covers MCPTT, MCVideo and MCData services, a dispatch center and device management. Inrico's pages call iConvNet both a partner's platform and its own solution, so the developer is unclear. We found no price, hosting location or GDPR statement for it.18

Inrico names Zello, WalkieFleet and Real-PTT as compatible.9 The database marks 15 of the 23 current models as accepting third-party apps, 2 as not (the T521 and T740) and 6 as not stated.5 Services that list Inrico radios on their own pages:

  • Privox: the T320, with a separate APK in its documentation; the exact version is not verified.10
  • TASSTA: the T320, IRC380, S380, TM-9 and others.11
  • WalkieFleet: the T199, T196, T522, T320, T620 and TM-7.12

What should you check before buying an Inrico PoC radio?

Check the hardware version, the LTE bands and the CE papers. Inrico has sold the T320, S200 and other models in several generations under one name, so Android version, USB port and water protection differ between sellers. Ask which version ships, and ask for a current declaration of conformity.613

  • Version. The T320 V1 has a micro-USB port and the V2 has USB-C. Inrico's page says Android 8.1 and IP65; older sources say Android 7.0, and Passion Radio and Maas Elektronik say IP54.674 The S200 moved from Android 7.0 to Android 10, and the TM-7 Plus sold in France was Android 7.0 while Inrico's current build is Android 11.5
  • LTE bands. Inrico lists FDD B1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20 and 28 for the T320 EU version; the EU certificate covers B1, 3, 7, 20 and 28 only.613 The T740 lists B1, 3, 5 and 8, with no B20.5
  • CE papers. The T320 type-examination certificate that Passion Radio publishes was issued on 2021-07-22 and expired on 2026-07-21.13
  • Google Play. Inrico does not state it for the T320 or S200. Seven current models list it: S300 Plus, S300 Pro, S350, S380, T330, IRC380 and TM-7 Plus.5
  • Support. Inrico's download page holds brochures, with no manuals or firmware, so ask the seller for the manual.14
